Michael Machowski joined TAM in 2010 as Director of Canadian Operations. He has over 40 years of domestic and international experience in the oilfield services industry, including in various management positions at companies such as Baker Hughes, Weatherford, Halliburton, and Smith. Mr. Machowski graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.

L. Bentley Sanford, Chairman of TAM International, Inc., joined the company in 1982. He has more than 35 years of business and management experience within the oilfield services industry. Mr. Sanford received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Trinity University in 1978 and his JD from South Texas College of Law in 1981.

Mark Newman joined TAM in 2011. He has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and fabrication with an emphasis on oil and gas tools. He is responsible for the manufacturing and production of all product lines. Mr. Newman oversees the administration of all company policies and ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements in the areas of safety, quality, and the environment.

Mike Beleau joined TAM in 2014. He has over 27 years of industry experience including Operations, Technical Sales, Technical Advising, Product Line Management, and Business Development. Prior to joining TAM, Mr. Beleau spent most of his career with Halliburton in both Deepwater Completions and Unconventional Land disciplines. Since joining TAM, Mr. Beleau has held the position of Global Product Line Manager, and Director of Sales and Business Development. In his current role, Mr. Beleau is tasked with developing and executing TAM’s various strategic sales and marketing initiatives on a global basis.
